EXP Scholarships support the college and career dreams of our students and alumni. This year, we offer two scholarship awards—Merit and Talent. You may apply to either one or both. By completing the application, you may be eligible to receive a $1,000 scholarship.

How to Apply

Visit this website and click “Sign Up” tab to begin the application process. Please complete the application and upload all supporting documents to Submittable by deadline of Friday, March 15, at 5 p.m. Pacific Time.  Application worksheet submissions will not be accepted.

Application workbook submissions will not be accepted.

Eligibility

High School Seniors:

  • Must be a graduating senior who has either:

    • Participated in an EXP program or signature event* while enrolled in one of the EXP-supported high schools**, or:

    • Participated in the Young Fellows Program (no school restriction).

  • Plan to enroll in college at least half-time in the fall of 2024, as defined by the accredited community or junior college, university, or vocational/technical program.

  • Have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

ITEP/EXP Alumni:

  • Must be either:

    • A past participant of an EXP program or signature event* while enrolled in one of EXP-support high schools**, or:

    • A past participant of the Young Fellows Program (no school restriction), or;

    • A past participant of Fuel Your Future boot camp or Level Up workshops.

  • Plan to enroll in college at least half-time in the summer or fall of 2024, as defined by the accredited community or junior college, university, or vocational/technical program.

  • Have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

** EXP-supported High Schools are:
