Experience all the things! On Thursday, November 7, 400 high schools students from 13 of EXP-supported high schools engaged with more than 100 industry volunteers and 29 exhibitors at the 14th annual GPS Your Future® career discovery at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Produced by EXP, the annual GPS Your Future® career discovery event showcases high-growth industries and introduces career paths to high school students.

First, our students participated in the entrepreneurial incubator activity, led by the talented students from CSU Dominguez Hills Innovation Incubator, and experienced first hand how to innovate and market a product with the help of AI. During “Lunch with a Professional,” students got the opportunity to network and hear directly from industry volunteers at their tables. And finally, students’ favorite career discovery activity, career discovery expo! Moved out to the North Lawn this year, students ventured from tent to tent to learn more about each company and industry.

“This program truly does help students' future by providing them with resources and speakers who are able to teach students about their career paths,” said one of our students.
