Program Manager
Job Type: Full-time. Hybrid. Exempt.
Annual Salary Range: $64,500 - $67,000
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall success of EXP’s signature programming, developing, implementing, promoting and evaluating EXP’s school-based work-based learning programs. PM is also responsible for volunteer outreach and engagement for EXP-supported programs and events, recruiting and engaging industry partners and managing student preparation and program delivery activities year-round with multiple stakeholders including industry, community, students, educators and EXP staff. Internship Program Manager
Job Type: Full-time. Hybrid. Exempt.
Annual Salary Range: $68,640 - $75,000
The Internship Manager is responsible for the overall success of the EXP Internship Program, which is one of EXP’s most visible and well-respected work-based learning programs. The Internship Manager is also responsible for outreach, engagement, and management for EXP-supported signature programs and events. The Internship Manager recruits and engages industry and community partners, ensures the quality of the Career Readiness Certification curriculum, and coordinates with school-based Program Managers on successfully executing workshop curriculum to students.
