Welcome to the Spark!
We are kicking off 2022 by bringing back the bi-monthly newsletter for the EXP Alumni Network, packed with opportunities for career development, skills building, and network expansion!
First of all, thank you for your responses to our recent alumni survey! Your input is invaluable as we plan your programming for 2022 and beyond. We hear that most of you want more networking events, career coaching and leadership development sessions, and chances to volunteer and serve the community. We will do our best to provide those opportunities for you in the coming year.
And we’ll start with more networking opportunities! Many of you already know about the EXP Alumni Network on Facebook, which is more for keeping in touch with your EXP family and high school friends. Now, we’d like to expand your professional horizons with the EXP Young Adults Network LinkedIn Group. This closed group includes other young adults who participate in our programs and workshops as well as a selection of EXP friends to help guide you through your college and career journey.
Finally, we are planning a networking event in April. Stay tuned for our March newsletter for details!

Start 2022 with a plan for a better financial future! Please join us at this FREE Financial Wellness Workshop on Monday, January 31, 5-6 p.m. PT via Zoom. Learn about credit line and debt management and how to create a budget and save money.

EXP Scholarships Are Available Now!
Alumni from all EXP-supported academies/pathways are encouraged to apply for the 2022 scholarships! We are offering two types of scholarship awards—Academic and Talent. You may apply to either one or both! By completing the application, you may be eligible to receive a $1,000 scholarship.
